Is setup included?
No, setup is an additional cost and ranges depending on the total invoice amount.

For orders less than $500, the setup fee is $25.
For orders between $500-$2000, the setup fee ranges from $75-$100.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do offer local delivery (within 20 miles) at cost.

For orders less than $500, the delivery fee is $45.
For orders between $500-$2000, the delivery fee ranges from $75.

Delivery further than 20 miles is available at management's discretion.
Do I have to take down my balloon designs?
You have the option to take down your balloon designs on your own, but we do offer strike (take down) that will be completed by our team at cost.

The strike fee ranges, starting at $50, depending on when you would like for it to occur. Our team generally strikes decor during normal business hours; we do offer early strike (before 9am) and late strike (after 6pm) at cost.
